Matthew F Brown BSc. F.I.M.I - Dealer Principle - 30 years experience within the motor industry. Matthew started full time in the motor industry in 1980 after leaving university with a first class honours degree in management sciences. He took over from his father as managing director of Browns Vauxhall and became national chairman of the Vauxhall franchise board in 1996. Matthew took over as dealer principle for Browns Honda in 2008.

 

Peter Fowler - Service Director - 30 years experience within the Motor Industry. Peter started his career within the service department as a Technician and has progressed to Service Director via many roles. He became the Service Manager for BMW importer in Abu Dhabi for 16 years before returning to the UK to join Browns Honda.

 

Peter Murphy - Sales Manager - 18 years experience within the Motor Industry. Peter joined Browns of Loughton as a Sales Consultant in 1991 before becoming Sales Manager for our Honda operation in 2001. His Sales Team consists of 2 Sales Consultants, a Sales Administrator and receptionist.

 

David Carter A.F.I.P. - Group Business & Marketing Manager - 12 years experience within the Motor Industry. David joined Browns of Loughton as a Sales Consultant in 2002 before becoming Group Business Manager in 2004. David is an AFIP certified F&I professional and SAF automotive expert.

 

Sales Team - David and Craig have a mix of experience. David has worked as a Sales Manager and Sales Executive for various manufacturers over his career whilst Craig has worked as a Sales Executive and worked in several roles within motortrade aftersales, both David and Craig bring youthful enthusiasm and experience to the department. Looking after customers with integrity, honesty and professionalism are all key objectives for our successful team. Karon - Sales Admin - 8 years experience within the Motor Industry. Karen has a wealth of administration experience to support our growing sales department.

 

Jeff Jordan - Senior Service Advisor - 6 years experience within the Motor Industry. Jeff joined Browns Honda in 2001 and brought with him a wealth of customer service experience and skills from his previous role as a manager of a large DIY store. Needless to say, Customer Care is Jeff's number one priority and he relishes the daily challenge of organising our forever growing service reception.

 

Technicians - Gurcharn, Scott, Frank and Doug are all experienced within the franchised motor industry with a wealth of Honda experience amongst them. Gurcharn has qualified at the Honda Institute as a Diagnostic Technician responsible for overseeing Honda diagnostics.

 

Parts - Barry and Chris have over 50 years experience between them and can demonstrate expert knowledge when it comes to solving parts enquiries and issues. Overseeing a good stock of Honda parts, including body panels and accessories, they are confident of sourcing the right part for you as quickly as possible.

 

Accident Repair Centre - Brian and Julian run our Honda Approved Accident Repair Centre and have received accreditation for exceptional quality of work. Julian was a finalist in the Bodyshop Technician of the year award recently, and finished within the top six within the UK.
